Course Objective:
1. This class targeting on train our students from entry level to wide their vision and set up their mind set to reach the brand manager position viewpoints, based on the perspective of brand manager and marketing expertise positioning, start from main structure to integrate brand and fashion industry from upstream to downstream to analyze, with case study as supplements to help students to catch up brand strategies know-how and skills in the field of local and global brand management to train our students with practical application and treated as career anchor training.
2. Based on brand equity and brand marketing strategy as structure to learned about how to build up a strong brand, catch up key points to all brand-related concepts to fit in appropriate application field.
3. This course also covers retailing and wholesale, licensing brand business model strategies. Students can learn from the practical case study construction, budget allocation, brand and store management related professional skills from our orientation coaching from case study.
4. Arrange field trip to integrate practical and theory.
5. Mid-term: Brand Audit. Group presentation.
6. Final Report: Business Proposal and Store opening Plan. Group presentation.
